Refund & Return Policy

At The Milestone Gift Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery date for a full refund or exchange.

To initiate a return, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Contact our customer service team at themilestonegiftshop@gmail.com to inform them about the return and reason for it.
  2. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be returned in good condition to ensure full credit.
  3. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
  4. Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Please note the following:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. If the item has been used or damaged, we may not be able to accept the return.
  • Custom or personalized products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • We do not refund shipping and handling fees.

To resolve the issue, please contact us immediately if you received a damaged or defective item. We may require photos of the item to process the return. We do not cover shipping costs to replace damaged items.
